Golf for All
As part of the Bakewell community we are committed to helping as many people play golf as we can. If you think you may find the subscription fees too expensive please contact us to discuss our affordability policy.
Joining Fees
Currently the joining fee is not being charged to new members.
Introductory Offer
New members can receive up to 30% off their first years membership fee, with part membership year reductions also available.
Credit Facilities
There is an option to pay membership fees by monthly instalments. This service is provided free for the first year.

Junior Coaching
The junior section meets every Monday during the season from 5:00pm (apart from Bank Holidays). A full program of events and competitions are arranged and in addition, juniors receive coaching from a PGA professional on 10 nights. Junior members are encouraged to reach recognised standards of proficiency and progress to gain an official CONGU handicap. Once they achieve a CONGU handicap, they are eligible to compete in all club competitions.
Bakewell Golf Academy
Bakewell Golf Club academy was set up in 2015 to provide an opportunity for potential new members to learn more about golf and Bakewell Golf Club. Membership of the academy costs £20 per month and is payable on a monthly basis. Academy members have access to free coaching (usually on a Saturday or Sunday) and can be in small groups or on a one to one basis.. Academy members have playing rights on the course as well as use of the practice facilities and the clubhouse.
